Social Media This Week (12/22/09): Social Media Problems and Facebook is a Big Hit For Those 65 and Older

In a recent social media poll done by Smartbrief, they asked the question: “Of these social media problems, which do you think is most likely to be solved in 2010?” The responses were:
• Measurements/Analytics – 42.41%
• Twitter’s Business Model – 22.76%
• Determining ROI – 16.90%
• Time Management – 11.03%
• Online Privacy – 6.90%

According to the Nielsen Company: Facebook was the third most visited destination of internet users over the age of 65. Spots 1 and 2 were taken by Google and Windows Media Player.
